Who we are

ExtensionTower is operated by Vladyslav Verbytskyi, who is responsible for your personal data under this policy. Contact: info@verblike.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, name and sign-in method (email and password, or Google).
• Workspace: the extensions you add, drafts, translations, uploaded images, tasks and settings.
• Public store data: public Chrome Web Store listings, search results and competitor listings collected for your reports.
• API use: a hashed version of your API key, request IDs, timestamps and actions taken with it.
• Billing: your plan, subscription status and the customer and subscription IDs from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• Website analytics: pages visited, referral information, interactions, and browser and device information collected through Google Analytics.

How we use it

We use data to run and improve the service: signing you in, saving your workspace, producing reports, providing the API, enforcing plan limits, preventing abuse, understanding website usage, and contacting you about your account or subscription. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions, with advertising personalization and Google signals disabled.

Who processes it

• Vercel: website and API hosting.
• Google Firebase: authentication, database and file storage.
• Google Analytics: website traffic and usage measurement.
• OpenRouter and its model providers: generating report text from public listing data and the listing you submit.
• Creem: checkout, payments, taxes and invoices, as Merchant of Record under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Workspace and account data stay while your account is open. Retired API key records, request receipts and abuse-control records are deleted automatically, generally within 90 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

You can export your workspace from Account at any time. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or close your account, by emailing info@verblike.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.

Storage in your browser

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember dashboard preferences, retain local draft image alternatives and, for a day, note which page led you to sign up or buy for website analytics. Google Analytics also uses analytics cookies to measure website usage. We don’t use advertising cookies.

We will update this page when our practices change and tell you about material changes before they apply.
