Terms of Service

The service

ExtensionTower helps Chrome extension developers review and improve their Chrome Web Store listings. It imports public listing information, produces growth reports and tasks, and lets you edit and export listing drafts. These terms apply to the website, dashboard, API and MCP access.

ExtensionTower is operated by Vladyslav Verbytskyi (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@verblike.com.

ExtensionTower is independent of Google and the Chrome Web Store. We never change your live listing. You decide what to publish and publish it yourself.

Your account

You need an account to use the dashboard. Keep your sign-in details and API key private; anyone holding your API key can read and edit your workspace through the API. Rotate the key from Account if it may have been exposed. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and payment

Basic access is free. Packages are one-time purchases for one extension at the prices shown on the pricing page, and unlock what that page lists for that extension. Earlier lifetime slots keep all premium features. Existing monthly subscriptions continue under their current billing terms until canceled. Our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem, processes payments and handles taxes, invoices and receipts. Creem’s terms also apply to your purchase.

Existing monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel from Account → Manage existing billing; subscription access stays active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime slots have no recurring renewal. Refunds follow our refund policy.

We may change prices for future purchases. A purchased lifetime slot does not start a recurring subscription. We will tell existing subscribers before a price change applies to their subscription.

Your content

You keep ownership of the drafts, notes and files you add. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you. Report text and suggestions we generate for you are yours to use.

Only add listings and material you have the right to use. Don’t use the service to break the Chrome Web Store program policies, infringe others’ rights, overload the service, get around usage limits, or access another account’s data.

No guaranteed results

Reports and suggestions are guidance. Rankings, installs, reviews and store approval depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any outcome. Our promise to grow you 30% is a refund promise: if you don’t, you can ask for a full refund under our Refund Policy. Check suggestions before you publish them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but don’t promise uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice and a prorated refund for any unused prepaid period.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You can export your workspace from Account before your account closes.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it applies. Questions: info@verblike.com.
