Refund Policy

Lifetime purchases

Packages and lifetime slots are one-time purchases with no recurring charge. A full refund removes that package from its extension, and a refunded upgrade returns it to its earlier package. For earlier slots, it removes the slots included in that purchase and may deactivate extensions that exceed your remaining capacity.

First payment

If your first payment didn’t work out for you, including if you didn’t grow 30%, ask for a full refund within 14 days of that payment. You don’t need to show any results.

Existing subscriptions

Existing monthly subscriptions can be canceled from Account → Manage existing billing. Access stays active until the end of the paid period. Renewal payments are not refunded for partly used months. If you were charged after canceling, charged twice, or couldn’t use a paid feature because of a fault on our side, we will refund the affected payment.

How to ask

Email info@verblike.com with the email address used at checkout. Our Merchant of Record, Creem, issues approved refunds to the original payment method. You can also contact Creem from the link in your receipt.

This policy doesn’t limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the law where you live.
